This colorful heart tattoo is really unique and looks great with the wings across the back and the fire creeping up on the neck. It fits the area perfectly. The dripping blood, and the way the rosary/cross hangs off the heart and over to the side is a nice touch also. This is one of my favorite heart and love tattoos for sure.
You might have been thinking that this was a heart and love tattoo dedicated to a girl named Candy. Strangely enough, it was inked into someone’s body, permanently, to show their admiration for actual candy. That’s a serious sugar addiction.
This sure outdoes the typical mom tattoo dedication, where the name is usually in a scroll. Not to take anything away from permanently inking the word “Mom” in your chest, but here we have an actual black and gray portrait tattoo of Mom herself holding her baby and it’s a great piece of work!
This is a fantastically unique heart tattoo with the roots of a seeding dandelion growing sprouting out of the pulmonary valves. To make it even more interesting, the dandelion is seeding nerve cells instead of seeds. Very interesting heart tattoo. I love it.
So, I guess it only makes sense to list realistic heart tattoos as well. Looking at this picture, I envision a doctor walking into the waiting room with his shirt open to expose the heart tattoo and show little Timmy how the chambers function. Creepy thought in a way, but still a cool heart tattoo.
This heart tattoo looks like it probably hurt. I haven’t really heard anyone speak on the pain of a thumb tattoo before, but it seems like it wouldn’t be fun. I guess it’s worth it when you end up with the tattoo design that you wanted though. This is a cool idea, and goes well with the rest of her hand tattoos.
I wish this heart tattoo picture was bigger. From viewing it at this size, it looks very detailed with fantastic bold lines and details. It also looks to be the perfect size for where it’s been placed. Great design!
Here’s a heart and love tattoo dedicated to a spouse or partner with a nice scroll letting everyone know it’s always and forever. I like the blue shading in the background of the tattoo and how the shading in the heart makes it look rounded and full. Full of love! 
Here’s another great style of a sacred heart tattoo. The vines wrapping around and piercing through the heart is a nice touch.
This is a great heart and wings tattoo showing love for the Unites States by implementing the flag into the heart. Superb job and great color combo.
